Veronika Korálová focuses on commercial law, labor law, real estate law and public procurement at BERNARD LEGAL. After graduating at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, Veronika continued her studies at Shepard Broad College of Law in the USA. In her previous practice she worked in leading law firms such as Rowan Legal (2017-2020), KPMG LEGAL (2015-2017) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (2011-2015), where she specialized mainly on corporate M&A projects.
